Refund and Returns

We hope that you have received your purchase in good condition and that you are happy with it. If you are not happy we will accept it back for a full refund even if it is in perfect condition.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days. We will accept the product back for a full refund subject to the following conditions:
We are notified in writing within 7 working days of you receiving your order of your wish to cancel your order stating the reason for the cancellation (Faulty or damaged goods, Is not as described or you have Changed your Mind). Please email us at sheila@beautifulyoulondon.co.uk.
The Product is returned in the original packaging and is unused unless it is faulty.
Refunds that relate to perfect product that has been cancelled due to change of mind will be made less any postage payments.
Refunds that relate to faulty or damaged goods or products that are not as described will include postage costs.
The cost of returning products will only be refunded if the product proves to be faulty or damaged, in all other cases it is your responsibility.
When returning a product you must ensure it is returned in suitable packaging to so that it arrives in good condition.
We will not be responsible for goods being returned that do not reach us unless proof of postage can be submitted.
We will refund the purchase price plus any postage due within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds or replacements for goods not received due to the postal system will not be considered until the Royal Mail lost in post time of 14 working days for the United Kingdom and 20 working days for International has expired. If the product is available a replacement will be made and if unavailable a refund, including postage will be made. Please notify us if you have not received your order after 7 days in the UK and 14 days for International.
