Our Agreement
These terms and conditions (TCS) are the terms that apply when you access our website Beautifulyoulondon.co.uk or place orders to purchase products made available to you. By visiting our website or placing orders on our website you agree to be bound by these TCS.

Placing Orders
When an order is placed on our website you are making an offer to buy the product that you have selected. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance of your order by us. You will receive confirmation that an order has been received by email. The contract for purchase does not take place until we send you a confirmation of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.
You can select items from our catalogue and add to your shopping basket. By checking the Checkout button you are making an offer to buy. When we have accepted you order by sending a confirmation of purchase this then forms a binding contract of sale between us.
Before going to Checkout you can view or amend your order as often as you wish.
When you have been through checkout we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order with a summary of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order, only that we have received your order. Please check the details are correct and if they are not please contact us at sheila@beautifulyoulondon.co.uk.
We will send another email informing you that your goods have been dispatched and this is our acceptance of your order. Our payment terms are payment by credit /debit card through our 3rd party payment gateway. Payment will be taken prior to the dispatch of your order. By using a credit/debit card you are confirming that you are the holder of the card and it is yours. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise the card we will cancel your order.

The easiest way for you to order products on our website is to register for an account. We promise to safely store any information you provide. This will enable you to make an order without having to complete all the information each time.
